The PIMFA Artificial Intelligence (AI) Working Group was set up to:

• Bring firms together
• Explore AI and its many potential use cases within the wealth management and financial advice sphere
• To understand where AI could be deployed to enhance firms’ product and service offerings
• To improve efficiency and reduce cost and risk.
